The design and delivery of training programmes and events which focus on the key issues of “Leadership” and “Building and Maintaining High Performing Business Teams” is a highly successful element of my offering. In a similar way to my facilitation roles, I am being increasingly called upon to assist in the design of specialist training programmes which utilise individual skills and feature the highly competitive 'Pit Stop Challenge'.

Run as either a stand alone or integrated offering, 'The Pit Stop Challenge' emphasises the need for communication and active listening, planning and strategy, individual development and role changing, teamwork and review.

This exciting activity enables teams to plan, enact and review a real pit stop with the participants taking part as the pit crew adding a fascinating dynamic to major events, training programmes and entertainment days. Using genuine Formula 1 cars and equipment the experience is as close as it is possible to get to the pit lane experience. This operates across a wide range of national and international venues.
