As my framework, I use the analogy of the business and sport of Formula 1 Motor Racing to form a fast moving and highly competitive backdrop to the delivery of my key messages and the relevant lessons that can be translated back to the workplace.
In every case, the initial client brief is combined with my own research of the client's business, relevant sector and the key issues to be addressed. Once the content and final format is agreed between myself and the client, my material is delivered in a dynamic manner backed up by pictorial images, video and sound.
Throughout my work I refer back to straight forward but direct points of reference relevant to business, many of which were developed during the writing of my co-authored book 'Performance at the Limit - Business Lessons from Formula 1 Motor Racing' and the BBC World's eight part TV series; 'Formula for Success' which I co-presented last year.
