I left you a voicemail last week on your mobile to say thank you for doing a sterling job for us. The feedback from the team has been overwhelmingly positive. Many of the Trenders I spoke to afterwards told me they enjoyed the link between Trend and F1 and the fact you had done your homework on our goals as a company. The underlying messages resonated and that’s what we set out to achieve, so many thanks. Declan Waters, Public Relations and Communications Manager, Trend Micro

It was a pleasure to meet both you and Allan. Here are the comments we received that related to your presentation: What worked well for you? ‘Formula 1 and the case study’ ‘Well organised, excellent speakers’ ‘Guest presentations were excellent’ ‘Speakers were inspirational and thought provoking’. The afternoon session went well, with a number of ideas being produced and voted on. And we even finished slightly ahead of schedule (always popular)! Thank you for your inspirational input to our day. Anne D Wilson – Business Excellence and Strategic Planning Manager Abbott UK

I cannot thank you Richard and Allan enough for an absolutely outstanding opening ceremony presentation. I feel that we surpassed the objective of the message- leadership, teamwork and the ability to change- and the buzz for those that attended remained throughout and in many sessions teamwork was an underlying theme. Thank you for the professionalism and also for the time and effort from you both to achieve- I know many including myself appreciated this. It has been a delight and pleasure for both Joanna and I to work with you both. Diane Gilmour, President - AfPP
At this conference, Richard worked with surgeon Allan Goldman of the Great Ormond Street Hospital to develop and deliver a presentation linking the two sectors requirements for leadership, teamwork and split second delivery. They drew upon lessons from Formula 1 and in particular the Pit Stop element where split seconds count and related these points into learnings for the medical world.
