Just a short note to thank you once again for joining us on Tuesday for our
team away day.
I have received lots of enthusiastic, positive feedback from colleagues
about your slot and quite a few comments along the lines of 'when he was
introduced and F1 mentioned, my first thought was oh no - get me out of
here, but within minutes I was hooked'!
Adrian & I also really enjoyed meeting you and thank you again for your
time.

Cathy Blackett, Business Support Manager, Consumer Banking Credit Risk, RBS UK

Just a short note to say thanks for the great efforts you put
into the event - the feedback at the end and since has been hugely positive
so I think we can chalk it up as a great success!

Many thanks and Best wishes, David Hills Managing Director Mouchel Rail

Your presentation was very well received by all who attended. Hopefully, the majority will transpose its theme into their own businesses & see the benefits!
Once again, many thanks for your input, I am sure everyone would agree you played a very big part in making our Event a huge success.

Malcolm Moss, Managing Director, Doby Verrolec and Chairman ADCAS

Many thanks for coming to speak at our event - not only did you absolutely nail the key messages from Albert and the SLT, but also entertained, informed and rejuvenated a tired audience to the point where I must have spent 90% of my evening talking about both you and F1 with my colleagues!!
I'm sure you'll be glad to hear that the feedback was universally positive. Virtually everyone made mention of how you struck the balance between anecdote, business message and humour perfectly, and I must have endured at least five manglings of the Birmingham accent as people retold the Smart Car Joke!!
Albert himself expressed his admiration for both your professional approach in linking your message in with his, and his jealousy at the panache with which you perform.
Ordinarily I'd like to offer some constructive criticism, but I did not hear a word of anything other than praise all night!
Many thanks
,
Ed Hoyland, IBM UK, Maintenance & Technical Support (MTS)

Pete has confirmed what I said, the best ever speaker at a CEDA Conference and I have been to every one since 1985 - you do the Maths! It would great to get you involved again!
Peter Kitchin - Chairman CEDA

..fantastic speaker, with great presence, style and humour.
You have a very exciting subject that turned into a very relevant business tool box that people could actually take note of and apply, whoever they were.
The Pit Stop Challenge - was just brilliant. So enjoyable and tense. What a great way to really get over the importance of Teamwork and Communication. It was really interesting watching from the sidelines all the interactions of the other teams. Wonderful experience and conducted so very well.
There is absolutely no question, that your key note presentation and the PSC was the most memorable combination of events that our National Conference has ever been fortunate enough to host. It made this years conference truly unforgettable.

Peter Galliford - Mechline Limited - CEDA Conference Co-ordinator

I would like to thank you very much for your most useful feedback that you gave us on the speaker/facilitator, Richard West. Last week we used him at our Group Security & Fraud Leaders Event and he was excellent. Feedback from our delegates was that he was amazing, he spoke very passionately about his connections with F1 on our chosen subject matter of "High Performing Teams", and some people even commented that the tour he gave on the F1 Museum was "the best tour we've ever been on"!
Once again thank you for giving your honest opinion and recommendation to use Richard. This helped to make our event a real success.
Annie Copland, Group Security Management, Group Security & Fraud, RBS

.…you have beaten me to dropping you a line to thank you sincerely for all your input into the Wates event. Early feedback suggests that Wates were very pleased. Sincere thanks must be extended to you for rising to such a challenge with such little lead-time. Your facilitating was a huge part of the overall success of the event….
Claire Ward – Senior Event Manager, Mirage Events commenting on the facilitation role at a recent Wates Group Conference.

It was absolutely fab and we all had a great time and got an awful lot out of it. The feedback from the group has been amazing!
Claire Strawson – Addleshaw Goddard commenting upon a days facilitation at a training centre where West played the lead role.

It was a great pleasure to have you at our conference in Bangkok. You have made quite an impression on my team in APAC, which translates into an enormous enthusiasm to make the partnership with Formula 1 work during next year. Again, many thanks for coming to Bangkok.

The real thanks are from us. We all said amongst ourselves how much we enjoyed working with you, a consummate professional. All three activities at the RBS Williams Conference centre worked really well and I was delighted to see how everybody threw themselves into it, all helping to bond together in a bit of teamwork. The bar apparently closed at just after 4 this morning, always a sign of a good night and the hotel manager had a smile on his face this morning when he was adding up the drinks bill! Thanks again for your help....
